I started as a backend engineer and moved into product without putting the keyboard down. Today I run product at Cloud4Next, taking a B2B FinOps platform from an empty repo to launch. Everything below the fold is something I shipped, not something I supervised.
Now
A B2B FinOps SaaS platform: cloud cost visibility, optimization and reporting for teams who know their cloud bill is too high but can't say why. I own strategy, MVP scope, the specs engineering builds from, and the story we tell investors.
Work
I spent the first half writing the systems and the second half deciding what they should be.
B2B FinOps SaaS from zero to launch. Strategy, MVP scope, specs, go-to-market, investor narrative.
ML for PRD automation and delivery analytics, used by 15+ PMs. Automated Jira sprint reporting and cut manual work by around 70%. Owned the Insider integration architecture across iOS, Android and web. Led the rebuild of the fraud engine.
Owned the roadmap of an event discovery app. Personalized recommendations and a rebuilt onboarding lifted 30-day retention by around 20%.
Moved payment workflows from a monolith to microservices, bringing average transaction latency down around 30% while staying inside regulatory constraints.
Built and exited an event management SaaS. Architecture, go-to-market and daily operations, all of it.
.NET, PHP and ASP.NET APIs and microservices for legal-tech and e-commerce platforms.
